Albadol Syrup

Contents: Ibuprofen 100 mg/5 ml
Parents know that when their children catch a cold from the seasonal flu, single-dose sachets of syrup help to get over the cold very quickly.
Pharmaceutical form: Syrup.
Use: Albadol® can be used to relieve pain, relieve swelling, fever and inflammation in diseases such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis (including juvenile rheumatoid arthritis or Still’s disease).
Packaging : 100 ml bottle.
Dosage
Albadol® syrup is not recommended to be given to children weighing less than 7 kg
Children aged:
3 – 6 months, one dose of 2.5 ml, 3 times within 24 hours
6 – 12 months, a dose of 2.5 ml, 3 – 4 times within 24 hours
1 – 3 years, a dose of 5 ml, 3 times within 24 hours
4 – 6 years, a dose of 7.5 ml, 3 times within 24 hours
7 – 9 years, a dose of 10 ml, 3 times within 24 hours
10 – 12 years, a dose of 15 ml, 3 times within 24 hours
The dose should be given approximately every 6 to 8 hours (or with a minimum of 4 hours between each dose if required).
If the temperature does not decrease, consult your doctor.
If in children aged 6 months this medicine is required for more than 3 days, or if the symptoms worsen, you should consult your doctor.
