Back pain or back pain is a very common problem: up to 80% of people suffer from it at some time in their lives. Although back pain is a common problem, what causes this pain varies from person to person. Follow the options below to prevent these pains:

What causes back pain?

Most people have back pain from muscle or ligament fatigue. But some backs may come from a sudden movement. Some of the most common causes of back pain are:

  • Wrong move
  • Bad attitude
  • Sleeping on an unsuitable mattress
  • Being overweight
  • inactivity

How can you relieve back pain?

When should you see your doctor?

Please see your doctor if you feel that something is different from usual, you are in severe pain or your pain lasts for more than 3-5 days.

Tips for avoiding back problems

Stand Correctly:  Keeping your back straight, bend your knees until you are level with the object, then lift slowly, in a controlled steady manner, using your legs.

Check the driver’s position: your knees should not rest higher than your hips. If this happens, sit on a pillow.

Avoid twisting movements…

Watch your position:  Sit as straight as possible and sometimes placing a towel high on your shoulders can help ease the pain.

Avoid bad posture for a long time…

Be careful with heavy weights: very heavy weights and weights on only one side increase the chance of back pain.
